Best World is not in any obligation to supply product in the exact accordance to its corresponding picture and/or specification.
All prices on this website are in Philippine Peso (₱) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
Best World strives to ensure that product prices and product details advertised on DR's Secret website are correct and up-to-date. Best World reserves the right to vary the product prices and other product details without prior notice.

When making purchases from DR's Secret website, you agree that costs from additional taxes, levies and duties that may be imposed by the region of your shipping destination are to be borne by you. These extra costs may be excluded from or added to (where applicable) the purchase grand total amount. You are therefore strongly advised to clarify this matter with the authority in the shipment destination region prior to making any order.
When making purchases from DR's Secret website, shipping charges may apply. It is calculated based on the total weight of your ordered products, your shipping destination region and the selected shipping method. Weight of the products used may be actual or volumetric (bulky but light products), whichever is higher. You are responsible for the payment of all applicable shipping charges, unless indicated otherwise.
There will be free shipping fee for orders with minimum ₱30,000 spend per invoice (applicable for shipping within Metro Manila only).
Some regions impose a daily value limit for their import shipment. As such, large orders may be split and shipped separately in order to comply with the regions’ regulations. As shipping charges reflect the latest rate adopted and may vary from time to time, we will not be able to notify you the exact charges in advance. Your understanding is appreciated. Due to various regulatory and business constraints, Best World and its shipping provider partners may not provide delivery to all regions in the world.
Where applicable, Best World estimates and informs you the amount of time required for your shipment to arrive at your designated shipping address. Although Best World takes every best effort to ensure your shipment arrives on time, this is however not guaranteed. The timeliness of your shipment is still subjected to the custom clearance at the region of your shipping destination.

If you did not receive the order within the aforementioned delivery time frame, you are required to notify us. For any missing items, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the order. We will conduct investigation and arrange for replacement accordingly.
Best World strives to engage the service of professional and reliable shipping providers to deliver products you order from our website. However, this does not guarantee you will eventually receive the products due to the risk of loss or confiscation. This risk is transferred to you after Best World ships out your order.
When making purchases from DR's Secret website, you may cancel or amend your order within the same day of purchase.
You are only allowed to change the delivery address ONCE for orders that have yet to be shipped. For all other changes, you must cancel your order and place a new order.
A cancellation fee of up to 4% of purchase grand total may apply.
When making purchases from DR's Secret website, you may return the products after you have received your order, for an exchange if the products were incorrectly sent or are defective. You may also return the products for a refund if you are dissatisfied with our products for any reasons.
All returns must be done within 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from the date of receiving. The returned products must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original tax invoice. Non-defective products returned must be in good and saleable conditions.
All shipping costs associated with the returns will not be covered by Best World.
Any refunds made beyond the stipulated time period will be subjected to processing fees. These may include a 10% administration fees and 2-4.8% original credit card charges calculated based on the returned products’ price. These fees will be directly deducted from the refund amount (invoice’s total amount).
The refund process may take up to 3 weeks to complete.
DR's Secret website, its contents, downloadable items, products and services sold or made available to you through our website are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. Unless otherwise expressed in writing, Best World makes no warranty of any kind with regards to the previous statement, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Best World shall not be liable for errors contained on our website and for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising from using our website, its contents, downloadable items, products and services sold or made available to you through our website.
Due to the nature of all electronic communications whereby some internet transactions may be subjected to interruption, transmission blackout, delayed transmission and incorrect data transmission, Best World shall not be liable for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages and transactions you send. By transmitting transactions, applications or documentation over the internet, you acknowledged and accept the risks inherent with this method of communications.
By using DR's Secret website, you agree that the above Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations of the region for which our website are operating. Any disputes arising from using DR's Secret website shall be resolved by negotiation, mediation or arbitration. Any disputes which were unable to be resolved via Alternative Dispute Resolution shall be finally resolved by the court within the governing jurisdiction.
Best World reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, limit, amend or discontinue any aspect, contents, or features of our website, as well as any aspect pertaining to the use of our website.
